The centre of Glatt is characterised by the impressive water castle which was built by the Neuneck dynasty around the year 1513. Today, the castle hosts the farmers’ museum, castle museum, museum of nobility and a gallery. The Glatt Castle culture centre organises concerts and theatre performances throughout the year. The Nordic Walking Village of Sulz-Glatt in the Black Forest boasts a unique Nordic Walking park. 4 trails covering approximately 40 kilometres will satisfy hikers of all levels of expertise.
